1General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the ace62 platform (ace62.vu) and its mobile application. By registering or using ace62's services, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2Account Registration & Verification

The following requirements must be met to open an account with ace62:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Each individual may hold a maximum of one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.

6Prohibited Activities

7Account Closure & Suspension

• At the member's own request (voluntary closure).
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
